What a kind thing to say, Chloe. Thank you. It’s a great question too. I do think that being healthy physically leads to better health emotionally and mentally. Exercise is the best antidepressant one can utilize. I’ve found that it boosts my mood, helps me sleep at night, makes me feel good about my body image, and it’s something I look forward to.
Being physically fit also reduces cramping during my period (I can get quite bitchy when I’m aching down there) and lessens PMS. I feel lighter with less weight. I feel stronger as well and able to do more physical activities and sports.
Lastly, having a healthy body boosts my brain and thinking capabilities. Although learning new things (like going back to school) engage my brain more directly than having a healthy body. However, I like to think that exercise will help delay dementia during aging.

Thanks for the insight and encouragement Charlie. I've worked at the fitness routine many times never to see it through. It always helps to hear how others have been blessed by there work and commitment. I'm going to start again!
You are most welcome! I never claim that it was easy. Good luck Eddie!
